Jamaican Jerk Seasoning



A delicious blend of spicy and sweet flavors for grilled and smoked foods. Traditionally used on chicken or pork as a dry rub. It can also be mixed with sunflower oil before grilling. Add soy sauce and lime juice for a marinade.
